Our High Tech Software is designed to only function when we are actually at your home.  We combined five of today’s technologies to create a unique Geo-fenced reporting system, meaning our GPS must match your home’s exact location in order to gain access to a home watch report.

We arrive at the property and scan the QR Code assigned to your Florida home.  The system will document our arrival time and date.  It will document who is on site and how long we were at your home.

We complete a report/checklist of items to verify or do at your home.  The list is specific to your home.  We can document things that may need attention and take photos for your viewing.  The report is several pages including photos and is forwarded to your account the same day we complete the visit.  We verify many different items such as refrigerator/freezer temperature, humidity level in the various sections of the home, is each air conditioner functioning, have any insects or pests moved into cupboards, are there ceiling leaks developing.

We complete a report for every type of visit.  For example, if we are supervising a service contractor, we include photos of work completed and document who the service contractor was at your home.
